If you live where the temperature drops below 40 degrees, you know how difficult staying active in cold weather can be. It's important to keep our bodies moving year-round. This week, I am sharing some fun activities you can try to out to stay active during these winter months.

Snow Shoeing and Winter Hiking

Snow shoeing is a great low impact activity. Even if you are just getting started on your fitness journey, this would be a great activity to try out this winter. Hiking the local trails during the winter is also a great way to enjoy nature. Be sure to check the trails, temperature and have the right gear with you. Skiing, Snowboarding, and Tubing

This can be a fun family activity to get everyone out of the house and into some fresh air.
